On Thursday 25th May we'll be launching a selection of Factory Revivals at 12pm GMT online. We’ve compiled some questions and answers below to make sure our Collector's Club members feel well prepared.
What will be in the sale?
There will be a range of pieces in the sale including firsts and seconds of large and small ducks on nests, bunnies on baskets, milk bottles and jars with ears. For the full line up see the links list below.
Are the pieces only available to Collector’s Club members?
Yes.
If I put the items in my basket will they be reserved?
No. Our website does not allow you to reserve items when you put them in your basket. We therefore suggest you check out as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. There are ways to make your shopping experience swifter like using Paypal or Apple Pay or by saving your card details in your browser (our website does not currently store your card details.)
Where can I find the products?
The product links can be found in the list below and provided you are logged in to your account, you will be able to access the product pages via these links from 12pm GMT on Thursday. The products will also be visible on the Collector’s Club Exclusive collection page here but the products can take some time to sync so the quickest way is via the direct product links below.
I’ve clicked on a link but I get an error message. How come?
The product pages will not be available to view until 12pm GMT on Thursday.
How many pieces can I purchase?
The Factory Revivals collection pieces will be limited to one per piece per Collector's Club member.
