Hattiers Winter Toddy Recipe

Ingredients:
70ml Hattiers Resolute Rum
500ml Medium Cider
100g Demerara Sugar
Fine slice of apple
Dash of vanilla essence
Two allspice berries
Three drops of Angostura Bitters

Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well in a large saucepan. Warm gently over a medium heat, stirring occasionally and being careful not to boil. Strain the liquid into a mug with a slice of the apple.
