Parcel tracking information will be sent via email on dispatch of your order.
A signature is required upon receipt of your order.
If you're not in, your order will be left with a neighbour or held at your local delivery office. A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made.
Orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised items will be sent in two despatches, to ensure non-personalised items are dispatched within ten working days.
Orders for non-scripted personalised items and personalised items will take up to 2 weeks as these are handmade products.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas, Italy, Spain, Russia and Ukraine.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer

We are able to change the delivery address for an order on your behalf, providing the order has not been prepared for dispatch.
